2.1) Visitation data
As an important part of the effort to create a user-friendly website, we look at the user pattern of those who visit the site. To analyze the information, we use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.

Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager use cookies (small text files that the site saves on the user’s computer), which registers the users’ IP address and provide information about the individual user’s movements on the website. Examples of what these statistics are; how many people visit different pages, how long the visit lasts, what websites users come from and what browsers are used. None of the cookies allow us to link information about your use of the site directly to you as an individual. Data related to cookies will be automatically deleted 14 months after registration. You can also administrate the use of the cookies yourself.

Collecting data is based on your acceptance. You can sign off at any time by visiting: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. You can also adjust your cookie settings in your own browser.

The information gathered by Google Analytics is stored on Googles servers in the US. Received information is subjected to Google’s directions/guidelines for privacy.

An IP address is defined as personal information because it can be traced back to a the hardware and thus to an individual. JOIN21 AS anonymizes the user’s IP address before the information is stored and processed by Google. Meaning that the IP address cannot be used to identify the individual. We have enabled the feature: “anonymizeIP” , so that your IP address is not stored with Google. Your IP address is logged for a short period of time by our web servers. User’s IP address, time, URL, HTTP status, number of bytes sent, HTTP referer and HTTP user agent are logged in for 15 days. Then the log is deleted automatically.

2.2 Searches
JOIN21 AS stores information about what searches users do on our websites through Google Analytics. The purpose of the storage is to improve our information service.
