Create effects for People and Organization

We have a strong focus on turning usage into impact. Our network analysis can show how the organization changes to the better or sometime worst. Worst if the technologies are launched and not properly adopted by the users. All organizations are struggling with technology fatigue, it is just too many services, and selecting not relevant or too many services will only slow you down. With us you might not get a service offer, we might recommend taking something out and secure that you get effects of the services you already have. You need an overall program and take the people on a journey. And to succeed you need to work with the effects for the individs and the return on investment for the organization.

We have created business the Effect Steps, inspired by the way nations work with athletes to become top performers. In both technology sports, you have to make a program based on where they are and train them to get to the next stages. Where the sports have speed, heart rate, and time in HR zones, we have the Digital fitness (join21.ai) that show how you can lift the people and organizations to perform better.
Let’s connect to discuss were you are and how to climb the Effect stars.

Digital helpers, or bots as they are called these days, help us get things done. Recommends starting with simple processes first as questionnaires, guidelines, routines and communication. It is often a good start. When the organization is comfortable with new ways of working, it is important to improve the processes against the customers. Below are examples of bots that can be utilized to facilitate processes:
