EXAMPLE BOT SERVICES
Digital helpers, or bots as they are called these days, help us get things done. Recommends starting with simple processes first as questionnaires, guidelines, routines and communication. It is often a good start. When the organization is comfortable with new ways of working, it is important to improve the processes against the customers. Below are examples of bots that can be utilized to facilitate processes:
