Technology is not worth anything if people don’t use it.

The Telering case started with a network analysis to all the people in the retail chain. At the same time we helped them pilot launch Workplace from Facebook. They had an IT community on consumer Facebook with good knowledge sharing. To strenghten and secure the conversation the IT community was moved to Workplace. The initial output from the network analysis showed that part of the organization was not included, and the output helped set up a group structure.

VALUE CREATION POTENTIALE

Working with businesses in many different fields we have experienced that success depends on following a logically structured approach towards a more digital way of work. You have to have a certain level of internal digital fitness. Key areas are teams, projects, communities, innovation and partners.

By drafting a digital strategy and create a digital roadmap we can focus on making your organization more digital before you start improving business processes and services toward your customers.

Everyone was presented Telering as a network and was asked some key questions to solve together: How to best leverage on the Telering distributed model? What is needed to use the collective intelligence of better? What should the Workplace is used for and not used to?

In the workshop people traveled between tables to solve problems and share insights. The process visualized how good they can be if they capitalize on the collective intelligence.
