Understanding how to grow a network based organization

Thun­der­wave is a company with young well educated entre­pre­neurs that have held central posi­tions in student asso­ci­a­tions, poli­tics, co-working spaces, startup networks and expert commu­ni­ties. They have strong back­grounds in inno­va­tion, manage­ment, tech­nology and have helped many orga­ni­za­tions handle disrup­tion and boost inno­va­tion. Helping star­tups, incu­ba­tors, large orga­ni­za­tions and the govern­mental agency Inno­va­tion Norway with inno­va­tion. The philos­ophy is to keep a strong core and work with partner compa­nies and their network to be able to compete with larger orga­ni­za­tions.

VALUE CREATION ANALYSIS

They have initi­ated an analysis to map the core of the company and how they interact with the larger network. It is also impor­tant to see how the larger network interact, their exper­tise and avail­ability.

Thun­der­wave also needed a service everyone could use to secure trans­parency and produc­tivity. They bought O365 from JOIN21 and have appre­ci­ated the fast execu­tion and help when needed.
